Responsible for assembling prepared materials such as wire, cable, and sleeving materials, with other components provided in accordance with IPC620/Mil-Spec workmanship standards and customer requirements. Perform various manual tasks such as loading connectors, twisting wire/cable, installing labels and ty-wraps, potting, soldering, assembly preparation, etc. Operate stripping machines as well as other manual tools. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor or department manager.

• Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revs, quantities, etc.)
• Check materials provided for physical damage or defects
• Ensure that all materials are properly identified and packaged safely
• Maintain work area clean and organized
• Record used materials on work order traveler’s picklist
• Monitor that materials assembled are in compliance with IPC620/Mil-Spec workmanship standards
• Sign work order traveler after process is performed
